PRAWN CURRY

ABOUT THE DISH
   This is a south Indian style prawn curry filled with delicious cashew milk and spicy ingredients.

Ingredients

  • prawn- 250 gm
  • small onion -250 gm
  • tomato- 1
  • egg -1
  • ginger garlic paste-3 tsp
  • chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • coriander powder - 2 tsp
  • corn flour -1 tsp
  • turmeric - 2 tsp
  • cumin/pepper powder - 2 tsp

Method

  1. In a cooking vessel add coconut oil and heat it
  2. Add small onions and saute for few minutes
  3. Add tomatoes, chilly, cumin, pepper, turmeric and saute
  4. Mix the marinated prawns with the above
  5. Leave it for 30 mins
  6. In a separate pan, fry the marinated prawns
  7. Add these fried prawns in the gravy prepared mixture
  8. Finally add Cashew paste in the curry
Serve the curry hot with Rice or bread!!!
